  • Christine Medinger discovered paperwork was missing a whopping 3 1/2 hours before closing. This ended up delaying the close of my house for a week as her assumption was that my husband could just pop in and sign. He couldn't. She never apologized or even acknowledged the oversight. In fact, she tried to blame it on my realtor and my mortgage originator. When I dropped off the additional paperwork they informed me they didn't have other paperwork that I had signed the week before. This branch is disorganized and unprofessional. They lost paperwork not once but twice, never apologized and charged a premium price for this "service".
