  • Totally unimpressed by the quality of service received today at this location. There were 3 Sales Associates on floor, and it was busy as it was after 5 pm. Though I knew exactly the item I wanted, and just wanted to get it and pay right away, I patiently waited my turn, as each customer was being helped before me. One Sales Associate became free, and proceeded to help a customer that JUST walked through the door. Really? I had been waiting 15 minutes by that point, and didn't point this out as she was helping an elderly woman. However, 20 minutes later, I noticed that one Sales Associate, who I thought was helping a customer, was in fact socializing with a friend! The entire time I was there! They were laughing, rolling their eyes, and catching up on gossip. Wow, so bad. The third Sales Associate of the group was kind, and helped me as soon as she finished with a couple of customers. Her customer service bumps my rating up to a 2, when in fact it should be a 1. This MAC store definitely needs to work on its game. The tall, blonde, uninterested Sales Associate should be coached on how to provide better Customer Service, i.e. don't ignore real paying customers when your friends decide to drop by to socialize!!!
