  • Beware! They will overcharge you and the insurance company and steal whatever you might have in your car if it is deemed totaled. They were going to charge me and my insurance so much that it ended up with a salvage title. I picked up my car from the salvage yard and found that they stole all the equipment, jack, mats, carpet, plastic containers from the back of my RX330. All that was visible was metal. I went to get my things back and they denied they had all those parts. I insisted that they did have all that was missing from my car. In the end they "found" all my equipment and gave it back to me. If I had not insisted that they had it, I would have been looking for all those parts at a junkyard. They are not to be trusted.
