  • I'm not one to even take the time to write reviews cause everyone makes mistakes, however when it comes to Doctors and their staff that makes a difference especially when the patients in severe pain. I was looking forward to this dentist office due to the fact it was really close to where I live and soon found out it was just like the majority of dental offices everywhere-assembly line, southwest airline affair. I was having issues with a tooth #3 that had a root canal performed 5 years ago, and saw Dr. Tran on 6/24. He did the basic assessment and told me I had an infection where the root canal was performed, he then said he did root canals but wanted to refer me to an Endodontic- Seven Hills. Dr. Tran gave me an Rx for Antibiotics since the pain was mild he didn't prescribe pain relief which was all right for me at the time. The soonest appointment for the endodontic was 6/26-two days later. Yesterday, 6/25 around 10am I was experiencing major pain and took a Vicodin I had from a previous surgery to see if that brought down the pain, around 11:15am I called Dr. Tran's office and spoke with Camille and explained if there was a way to come in and have the Dr. shot my tooth up with some nova cane or any other nerve deeding agent to temporarily numb the tooth until my next morning appointment. She said it was getting close to lunch and she would get a hold of the Dr. before he went for lunch and call me back. I waited and waited, no word from Camille or anyone from the office. I called back and the office had closed at this point, so I just had to bare the pain out with more Vicodin and Ice, which didn't help at all. After my Friday morning appointment, which the Endodontic Dr. suggested going back to Dr. Tran and having the tooth extracted I said I DON'T THINK SO, THEY LACK COMMUNICATION SKILLS AT THAT OFFICE AND GAVE ME THE IMPRESSION OF UNSKILLED PROFESSIONALS... Driving home I swung by the office to speak to the person who took my message and she told me in a very cavalier fashion, "I'M SORRY, THE DR. DIDN'T GET BACK TO ME, HE JUST RETURNED FROM VACATION ON TUESDAY AND WAS REALLY BUSY. " She then said "DO YOU NEED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT..." I said no, just a referral to an oral surgeon. MY POINT IS IF YOU CAN DRIVE THE EXTRA FEW MILES FROM SOUTHERN HIGHLANDS, YOU WILL PROBABLY GET BETTER SERVICE AND WHEN IT COMES TO MEDICAL ISSUES-TAKE THE EXTRA TIME, CAUSE YOU WILL HAVE TO DEAL WITH INCOMPETENT STAFF at "All Smiles Dental." Your caviler sorry and explanation is so poorly received... If Lauren the office manager wants to speak with me regarding the above, use my customer ID No. 13645
