  • If I could give this place a "-10", I would!!! By far the WORST spa I've ever been to. I booked a couples package a week in advance, which included 3 services per person. I was advised that they would only be able to do one service when we got there, as they were really busy. I even called earlier in the day to make sure that the appointments were ok, but front desk failed to even mention anything about not being able to take us for our full appointments. Zero professionalism at the front desk. Cashing out was a nightmare as the ladies has NO IDEA how to use way spa gift certificates. I walked out more stressed and upset than before the spa. I would recommend everyone to avoid this place!!! I'm not really the type to write a review for places... But this spa was so terrible, I HAD to sign myself up for yelp so I can tell everyone how terrible it is.
