Terrible! Our home warranty sent us this company to fix our dryer. We made note in the initial paperwork the brand of our dryer before they even came out. Serviceman came Monday, didn't tell us if it could be fixed or if the job was done, just left. Tried the dryer and of course still not working. So I called too see why. They told me that the tech had to send in a report to the warranty company before anything can be serviced and could take up to 48hrs--ok so why wasn't I told this when you came out?! Called again Wednesday because I still haven't heard back (we have a dog and a baby so clothes need to be done pretty frequently), she tells me they still haven't sent the report but should be in my end of day today. So I wait and I call the warranty company the next morning and still no report, they say end of day today-again! So I wait AGAIN and call the next morning. Still nothing!!! The warranty company calls All Desert Appliance and they tell them they can fix this brand of dryer. I'm furious!!!
1. Why would you accept a job for an appliance that was clearly noted with the brand and then when you came to my house you saw the brand in person but still didn't not tell us 2. It took almost a whole week for you to let us know and we did not receive any correspondence from you, I had to call 4 times to get any type of answers 3. Horrible customer service!
