  • The hotel and staff were OK. I would just not suggest staying on the first floor especially facing Good Year. There is no security patrol and our room someone tried to break into. We called front desk and they said they called the cops but no one showed up. Not any fault of the hotel but an unrestrained dog went after our dog and we ran into a guy carrying a knife and his bike in the hall. The front desk told me they had lowered there prices and it has attracted less desirable guest. If this is the issue fix the rooms and raise the price a little. Counters stained curtain and bath tub stain. Big desk holding TV in living area blocks door to bedroom. These are smaller issues but no security and no camera in back big issue. Management should fix that. You have people living in their cars back there.
