  • We had contacted this business and were offered a discounted price from what was quoted online. After researching other florists, we called back and were told they could not honor the discount and in fact did not offer any discount. We are very reasonable people and only inquired further about the pricing offer and were essentially accused of lying. The person we were talking to became combative and then hung up on us. There are other reviews here about terrible customer service which we should have observed and steered clear of this business but we gave VIP Floral Designs a chance, shame on us! No matter what quality your product is, without proper customer service you do not instill confidence in your business. We can't imagine how they treat you once they have your money and you need assistance. Due to our experience, we recommend you keep researching.
