  • After calling Fender Musical Instruments customer service to see if they can recommend a service center to perform a simple guitar setup. They sent me to Buchanan Music. First off, there's a plenty of junk guitars there. No name brands. Used amplifiers that have seen better days. I dropped off my guitar on February 9, 2018. No call back, no contact. It's March 6, 2018. It was almost a month. My guitar was never touched. They didn't look that busy since I was the only customer in there both times at drop off and pick up. I keep wondering how they stay in business....are they selling drugs out of the back of the place or possibly money laundering? I can say... All I can say is...avoid the place like the plague. I called Fender Musical Instruments customer service to let them know that this place just makes Fender look bad....to used the words of our a55hole President.....shithole.....
