  • Gave them one star because of a prompt response, but a poor overall rating because of exorbitant pricing without proper disclosure. I was charged over $3000 for a job that should have been 1/3 that cost. They got me to sign a work order telling me that they needed to start work and that my insurance will take care of any costs involved. I believe they inflated the billing hoping that the insurance company would just pay it, but they did not.
