  • This Dr Chang is only good for writing prescriptions! My husband almost died under her non-care!! She misdiagnosed him and would not answer any of his calls after his initial visit! He landed in the hospital with a life threatening condition! She really doesn't care about her patients, just their money. I would not recommend her to anyone!
