  • Rudest operation manager chantel, She cussed while I asked what happened with the guy that drowned in this shallow pool. She gave political answer like well the city said our pool was to standard so dont worry about it. I asked well if the pool was fine why did you guys have a construction crew working on the pool immediately after. Also all the staff smoke weed and snort coke during work except shiv sood the egoistic body trainer manager. Also had a bunch of old men tell me to take my clothes off in sauna and sit naked like them instead, then they called the manager who made me leave and i reached out to head office and they said well sorry you will have to speak to manager. Totally non stop bad experiences here.
