  • I've done business with Mr. Or Madar previously. I was drawn to his detailed explanations and attentive customer service. I had the opportunity to work with him again as my realtor. This would be my first time purchasing a home - a milestone in my lifetime. I find his work efforts to be accomplished with determination. Even though I conducted my own searches, compiled my own lists, laid out my own timeline, and targeted my own goals... in this life changing decision, Mr. Madar still had informative suggestions. In this transaction there were many hands kneading the bread. Quite a bit of frustrations arose from a few directions and my aggravation increased. Mr. Madar remained the positive energy and a good consultant to walk with me through the anxiety. This new journey for me was in the works a couple months. In May, I had even lost the deal on the place I wanted out of viewing 7-10 properties. A month later, the same property went back on market and we jumped on it. Mr. Madar would be the one to help me get it this time. It worked out well. I trusted him to get me through this and in the home that felt like a home. I will trust him again for future investments.
