  • For anyone considering getting a massage at Zen Body Scape on Clifton Blvd. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT!!! This woman is rude and unprofessional! Melanie is her name. My sister and I had scheduled appointments a week ago with her for 1pm and 2pm massages on 9/4/13. While waiting outside we called the several numbers listed and left messages with no response. She showed up at 10 until 2 and after stumbling around for an excuse said we never confirmed. My sister has all correspondence logged in her phone and can verify that she in fact did call back and confirm the appointments. Which is when the times were set. She shooed us without any resolution. Stating she had someone coming in. She treated my sister like a criminal "you need to get off my stoop, lady". Those were her exact words. I am extremely appalled with the way she handled this situation. There was no apology for the mix up or attempt to reschedule. As someone that has gone to school for massage, I can not believe this is how she choices to represent herself and our profession. I would also like to point out that it took my sister multiple phone calls to get ahold of anyone to schedule to begin with. Thankfully Living Social did give us each a credit for the deal we had purchased for here. Neither of us wanted to go back there to redeem it after this horrible experience.
