  • I've never written a negative review before because I understand that we all have bad days and we all make mistakes. However, today I received freezing cold, soggy and over priced food from this location. When I called to to let them know that it was two hours late and incredibly low in quality they immediately gave me attitude. At first a girl named Sue spoke to me and continued to lie about her position at the establishment. When caught in that lie she hung up. I called back again, only to be given attitude and hung up on again. Finally an equally disrespectful and defensive "owner" spoke to me. I use quotes because I truly hope that no business owner would conduct himself in such a manner. The experience was a completely negative one from start to finish. Absolutely atrocious customer service and quality.
