  • I terminated my membership with Anthony in person at this location (or so I thought). I had to wait over an hour just to speak with him, only during 2-3pm during the week. I received my cancellation form, but wait, not only did they NOT cancel my membership, they continued to charge me for it after the date. Three months later I'm now being harassed by collections agencies and attorney's for Golds. This is after I was in communication with their corporate billing people (who by the way, you can never get in touch with because you just get put on hold for over an hour). Save yourself some MAJOR headache's and DO NOT JOIN ANY GOLD'S GYM!!!! Their attorney's have extorted hundreds of dollars from me while threatening to ruin my good credit rating!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!!
