  • I have had nothing but problems with them, their staff can barely read it seems. I had problems with them the whole time, from missed payments, to completely butchering my name. My last name is spelled Reinoso, they spelled "ISONO", so when I went to inquire about my account, they couldnt find me for about 15 minutes. I got two flat tires there from nails in the parking lot, and they called me for non payment, and I had to handle it from Germany while on vacation, despite me repeatedly filling out the CC auto pay sheet.
