  • The finished product ranges from decent to good. They did a patio cover, concrete work, BBQ island and landscape lighting for me. I would be prepared to have it take a bit longer than what they tell you it will take, and make sure you do your own quality control. Call them anytime something isn't done right or if the crews break any irrigation. UPDATE: since the remarks were left about having two "qualified" people on staff to do the quality control, as if I am not capable of checking the work myself to see if quality work was done, I am knocking this down to two stars, you obviously think your paying customers are incapable of seeing anything wrong done by your workers . The tile on the island looks good now, but only because we made you take the first tile guy off the job and told you we did not want him back on our property. He laid broken tile and was going to leave it like that and he had a bad attitude about it. The folks at Bedrosians Tile & Stone even had to come out to see what was going on with the broken tile as they have never seen tile break like that before. The second guy did a great job. But WE caught the broken tiles, not your two "qualified" staff you have for quality control. Nor did they catch any of the broken irrigation lines. And for the so called "Tentative dates" make them a little more realistic up front so people know what to expect, I can see being 3-4 weeks late but not 3-4 months late.
