  • The ER at this hospital is awful. I went in with unimaginable pain. I was herded through their system of pretending to take care of you when really they're just stalling. I went several hours with no relief from total 10 pain. Once I got into a room, they continued to ignore me. I finally got a shot of morphine with a promise from the nurse she would "come back around, and if that hasn't helped I'll give you something else." Well, it didn't work at all, and two hours later I was begging for someone to help me, so they closed the door. One particularly nasty tech came in and scowled at me and in the meanest voice I've ever heard said, "You need to calm down!" Mind you, I wasn't screaming, just begging. Awful, awful, awful. The people who work in that department on Sunday afternoons should be ashamed of themselves. They are subhuman, and they have no business working in the field of healthcare.
