  • Terrible customer service. I feel like I was deceived in so many ways... The reservation was made with a debit card in which they charged the FULL amount. I'll be waiting a couple days for the refund of MY money that they should've never taken in the first place. You're only supposed to hold/ take out the security deposit! The people who work there do not take pride in ensuring the customers are pleased with their experience, that's for sure. Do yourself a favor and splurge for a different rental company who will be honest & really take care of you.
