  • I have had the pleasure of working with Michele twice as my real estate agent. She quickly sold my condo at the MGM through short sale during a very difficult time several years ago and recently with the purchase of a condo in Palms Place. Although both very different transactions, Michele seamlessly stepped up to the plate and guided me with as little worry as possible. When I was ready to buy again in Vegas, I inquired with her that I 'may' be interested in possibly purchasing. She took it upon herself to go take videos of units we discussed in my price range the next day with full details and sent them to me! Needless to say, I highly recommend Michele for anyone thinking of buying a hotel condo in Las Vegas. She is extremely knowledgable in her market and an overall great person to deal with.
