  • Bad customer service. The guy working in the storm door section was a complete jerk for no reason. I asked him a simple question and he was clearly annoyed. I don't typically speak ill off lowes, but I have to say this kind of experience really shakes my confidence in this location. Want a good experience? Go somewhere else. If you like Lowes, head to the Danville, IL location. The staff there is much more friendly. To they guy in the storm door section...learn the basics of customer service. Seriously.
