| - I moved in the end of August and waited a couple months to write my review:
I really enjoy living here. Like most apartment complexes, sometimes neighbors can be loud or not clean up after their dog but the staff is super helpful in addressing any issues that may arise. I feel safe living here and the property is really well maintained. I would recommend this place to anyone. Right off the 101, 20-30 minutes for ASU, 5 minutes to Old-Town, and Bashas is a 2 minute drive.
I enjoy the pet washing station, the 24/7 lobby, the location (across from the police department and next to a neighborhood where you can walk your dog), and my garage right down the hall. My apartment also has bluetooth speakers, a huge bathroom and closet, beautiful floors, and a giant sliding door that opens onto a walkway, rather than an enclosed patio.
The maintenance man Joe has been super helpful in addressing all my concerns (a pipe leaked and my garbage disposal was fussy) and all of the staff are super sweet to my pup.
I have not had any issues with my appliances or experienced any dirty hallways or garbage laying around. There is a resident who isn't picking up after her/his dogs but other than that, things are in great shape over here! The ceilings are thin which can be annoying. However, this can be expected living in an apartment complex.
Parking is not an issue for me. I have a garage and one parking space outside my garage. Friends have had no issue finding a free space to park when they come over.
I have not experienced any staff member bad mouthing one another or acting in a unprofessional manner in anyway. All of my interactions with staff has been professional.
There is a valet trash service which is a nice but not necessary. You will have to pay for this feature, even if you do not use it. They will not take pizza boxes are bigger items, which is annoying, but understandable.
The gym is nice! However, compared to the gym at my old complex (the Palms on Scottsdale, another Greystar community), a few additions would make it even better. A few kettlebells, weighted balls, a cable machine, and exercise balls would eliminate the need for a gym membership elsewhere.
Overall, this is the nicest complex I have lived in since moving to AZ. I plan to stay here as long as possible as I finish my graduate degree at ASU.
