  • They started out very helpful, but once the movers got to the new place and saw stairs, they started 'slowing down' on purpose. My four hour moved turned into a nine hour move. Remember, you're paying by the hour too. All they did was complain the last half of the move... constantly... Then the guy in charge pulled out a personal radio and started listening to some rap crap, and slowed down even more. Just beware... They were polite on the outside but complained and whined just loud enough for us to hear them.
