  • Be very careful when dealing with this Dental Office. My wife needed 2 teeth extracted. We have a Discounted Dental Program called 1Dental. As a dentist on the provider list they must charge the rates as agreed by the program. After the initial exam a staff member came and wanted us to sign the authorization for the services in amount of $670.00. As I asked to view the breakdown of expenses to compare with the contracted rates, she became condescending and very rude. Each time I asked to compare the breakdown she became further upset and condescending and would not cooperate. She said that she did not have the time for this and if we would not sign at that moment to get out. As I was dressed very casual in shorts and t-shirts we were treated as if we were of a lower class. Your method of dressing does not indicate your ability to pay. Thos is the W Lake Meade office
