  • i feel like i am taking crazy pills here. I get sent off to do an ultrasound and an MRI to see my thyroid and pituitary gland. nothing visibly wrong but all of my hormone levels are out of whack. he asks the same questions everytime i see him, and does NOT take notes. a real eye-opener when you're missing work and have to hound them for information due to a short-term disability case you have open. my current issue is that i last saw him on the 2nd of october for a prescription that required a pre-authorization....we had discussed it 30 days prior. he wasn't prepared and i am still without my medication because they don't answer their faxes. and when i call to hound them on that.....he forgets to sign the prescription....so here i am three weeks no medication and becoming more and more irritated daily. its' worthy of a medical board complaint but i don't even know how to go about that
