| - I initially came in for prolonged tachycardia with an unknown cause. I've been going here for seven months, but they still haven't been able to find anything. Not everything is easily diagnosable, so I get that part.
Dr. Shukla has been fantastic so far. He's knowledgeable, he listens, and he even steered me in the direction of other doctors to help diagnose things I didn't even know I had.
That said, my main qualm resides with the receptionists and the nurses. Often when you call, they sound unhappy and inconvenienced at best. When you leave a message with a nurse, you won't hear back unless you keep calling. Sometimes you don't hear back for days. That's incredibly concerning given the nature of this field.
Today, when I got a call back from the nurse Cassandra, it was clear she hadn't bothered to pay attention to the message I left. She also seemed rather unconcerned with my concern. And at the end of the call, she was holding back laughter.
You're great at what you do, Dr. Shukla, but your front staff might drive people away. I can't speak for everyone, but I'm most likely going to find another office.
Update: I changed the score from 3 to 4 stars because the office reached out to me about this review and they genuinely seemed concerned about righting wrongs. The fact that they reached out at all is important considering that many businesses don't take these reviews seriously.
