  • Have lived in this community for almost 2 years. When GrayStar took over was not a smooth transition with rent increases, maintenance, etc. I have to say it has improved for the better and hope it continues. They have taken care of my maintenance issues when requested. I would like to see security on the premises from dark till dawn. Please make sure the exterior lighting on the entire property and parking areas are lite. Thank you, Katherine G.
