I have been a long time customer but now will never go back. I went to pick up one item but ended up spending over seventy dollars. When I got home a two dollar item was missing. I searched the bags and my car. I checked the receipt and confirmed that I was charged for it. I drove back to the store. The manager kept me waiting while checking the security camera. He came out telling me he is sure it was put in my bag. I said " Do you really think that I am trying to rip off Walgreens for two dollars." I left the store having to buy another box of snack bags. I reminded the manager that I just spent seventy. The manager needs to be retrained in customer service. He lost a longterm regular customer and anyone else I tell this story.
