  • As someone who works in the service department for a car dealership I know how important customer service is, and I cannot stress enough how excellent the customer service was here at Pep Boys. I had a tire blow out on the freeway and upon scrambling to call roadside assistance and/or a tow truck, I was lucky enough to have highway patrol stop and change my flat tire. However, I had no luck finding service repair shops that were close and still open. It was close to 8 and just about everyone I called was closed. My mother however (who freaking out at home) had some luck in calling these guys and the manager said he would stay open until 830. Once my spare was put on I called in to confirm that I was on my way. Upon my arrival the manager and one of his technician was standing there waiting for me. They took me in no problem and handled my car immediately. Unfortunately all of my tires needed to be replaced but the shop manager gave me an AWESOME deal and he was patient with me the whole time. Furthermore he was very friendly and calming as I had been freaking out myself. He also didn't seem inconvenienced by having to stay later. These guys went above and beyond went they didn't have to, and after purchasing tires from Discount Tire in the past I can honestly say that they have never given me such outstanding service as Pep Boys has. I will definitely be going to them for all of my tire needs in the future!
