  • Let's see, where do i begin? I was really excited to go get my new iPhone when it came out and even more excited about the promotion for 650 dollars if you trade in your old iPhone. However, it would've been a lot more exciting had i actually gotten to use it. I took my iPhone 6s Plus in which had a minor crack at the very bottom of the phone (not even on the screen) and due to that they were only willing to give me 120 dollars instead of 650 which was complete bullshit. I chose to not take that because i felt it was completely absurd. Kathleen was the person who helped me and upon seeing i was upset over this, she snapped at me and told me it was only a four question survey that determined how much i got, which doesn't seem very fair. While trying to make a decision which was a big deal due to how much money i wanted to spend, Kathleen was visibly impatient and forceful in trying to get me to make a decision. Then, she told me that i needed to hurry up because other people were waiting, so i quickly made a choice and then was hurried out of the store by her only to realize there was absolutely no one waiting and she was just trying to get rid of me. unfortunately due to the negative and rude attitude from Kathleen, my experience was less than great.
