Today was my first day at this Starbucks location and I've got to tell you it is very hard to give a review for a place when they do not even acknowledge that they have a customer standing outside waiting for them to open the window. This should be basic customer service that if you are busy you at least acknowledge someone who has walked up and tell them you will be with them in a minute.
