  • I've been going here for a while. I am one of the few people that go to Starbucks for a decaf. I guess I will let my gold card get cobwebs as they no longer keep a carafe of decaf ready to go. So now if I want a decaf coffee, I need to wait for them to do a pour over, which they start then they walk away and I essentially get pushed to the back of the line. They should stay there and make my drink! If I waited in line for my turn, then now it is my turn! Really people, it is one thermos of decaf. Make it, have it ready. You just raised the price of Grande decaf anyways so you will make it up in no time. Just a shame that they have it on their menu but they don't want to make it. This last time, they didn't offer to do a pour over, but they DID offer to make me an Americano decaf. Doesn't taste as well, and costs more. They need to make decaf! Sure would love for a General Manager to contact me. The only good employee at this Starbucks is Kamala. If they lose her, they will lose 30% of their business.
