  • Just had my carpets cleaned last night using the Groupon special for 5 rooms. The special is for a steam clean of 5 rooms up to 200 sq ft. per room. One of our rooms was slightly over the 200 sq ft. and he did not require that we pay the extra room cost, which I appreciated greatly. The gentleman who came was very professional and pleasant to talk to. He knew what he was talking about when it came to carpet cleaning. He helped us move our larger furniture items and moved the smaller ones himself that we had forgotten about. We did pay extra for extra services beyond the steam clean, but we have five animals and had not cleaned our carpet in a while, so the additional expense was anticipated. They also were great with communication, working around my work schedule, and calling to verify before they were headed our way. I definitely would recommend them and will be using them again!
