  • Been waiting a long time to try project pie. It had been closed a while for remodel. It met all my expectations. Very thin crispy crust, sauce not overly powering the flavor of the toppings. Theres just great balance in flavors. My only reason for not 5 starts the food to price ratio $12 for a personal pizza seems a bit over priced for the amount of food received even tho it was great tasting. But of course you have to expect it on the strip. If you like meat I recommend #2 with carmelised onions and roasted bell peppers. The sweetness from the onions really balanced the tart and spiciness of the meats. MGM Is a huge casino just look for the underground that's where the place is at right by front hotel check in.
