God, it pains me to write a positive review on Bobby Flay's restaurant. Why, you ask? Because, he's such an arrogant ass. All of those Food Network chefs get on my last nerve. It's not like I personally know the guy but let me give you an example. He's into race horses. He bought a race horse and named it after himself. Yup.. Bobby Flay's horse is named Bobby Flay. Can you get any more arrogant than that?!
Anyway, this is the 2nd time I had lunch here on my trips to Vegas and both times I enjoyed my meals immensely. The dishes are so bold in flavor, you feel like your tongue is just dancing around in your mouth. Spicy, sweet, salty, fresh.... he just hits your tastebuds with a smack.
The service is professional and polite. I sat at the bar and had a couple of cocktails while I ate and I couldn't have been any happier. Well... maybe I'd be happier if it wasn't Bobby Flay's place. The man, not the horse.
