  • I can't anymore! THE STAFF IS THE WORST!!!! It's hard to get in and wait time is usually 1 hour after your appointment to see the doctor. To make a long story short, but let you know what happened, I was Dr. Swainston's patient and was being seen for endometriosis and interstitial cystitis for about 2 years. I had a laparoscopy done and was put on Lupron for 6 months after. He left NO discharge instructions. The anesthesiologist didn't do such a great job because I woke up suddenly after surgery and was in horrible pain. I couldn't speak and began crying which is when a nurse realized something was wrong. After I was discharged I had to go back to his office to be catheterized. He apologized at the follow up appointment. Overall I do not think he is a bad doctor, but he isn't the best either. I've had numerous conversations with him about the way his staff treats people and repeatedly messes up and doesn't take ownership. I recently found a lump in my breast and made an appointment, but I was at work and forgot to write down the woman's name who I spoke with. I normally do this because things (scheduling/what you are being seen for/medication delivery) are almost always screwed up there. I got there and was told I was not on his list and he was leaving early. I asked to speak to the office manager. Her name is Kendall. She basically refused service to me. I was upset after I explained I've had numerous problems with the office. I explained to her I was scared because of this lump and did not receive a phone call that he was leaving early. She told me to go find another doctor. At that point I was pissed and scared. She made an appointment for me with Dr. Swainston. I decided the best thing is to just move on and called to cancel my appointment. I was told the appointment had already been cancelled (she just made it) and she discharged me from the office. After 2 years of bad service I'm going elsewhere!!!!!
