  • We had a fabulous experience here. The restaurant is small, cozy, and romantic. The service is well tailored yet friendly and approachable. The food was well presented and delicious. We each ordered the five course menu. We enjoyed the interesting presentation with the vegetable crudités basket. My appetizer of asparagus and wild mushrooms was rich and earthy. My boyfriends appetizer was a seafood stew in a puff pastry shell. It was creamy with a hint of garlic.. For entrees I had the tornadoes of beef which was cooked exactly to my specifications and served with a nice wine sauce. It also came with pommel frites, which were fine. My boyfriend had a braised lambs hank which was huge and falling off the bone. It was served with creamy mashed potatoes. For dessert we had a Belgium chocolate mousse and a chocolate souffle. They were both all that dessert should be. It was a wonderful dinner in a romantic setting and we enjoyed it very much.
