This has to be hardest process to buy a home. The two we bought in Texas was super easy. Not for Arizona. The mortgage company waited until the "11th hour" asking for stuff. The loan processor and the loan originator did. Or talk to each other. And would tell me one thing and then tell my husband something different. They would send an email and five minutes later call me and ask if I saw the email. Umm no I dont sit in front of my computer all day. Then they acted like it was too much work for them when we call and ask if there anything we needed to provide. The answer was always no. Until one hour before closing they email and are like oh by the way. Now if the company was staffed with guys like our salesman, then I would give them a better score. He was awesome and anytime we needed questions answered he got right on it. Don't waste your time. If you do, make sure they lock in your rate at what you want. We thought we did and the originator didn't do it, so we had to close at the higher rate.
