  • BEWARE Not good at all and they will try to rip you off. Car was not ready and they tried to "upgrade" us to a smaller car for the same price. I had already paid in full online. I am used to just declining the up sales but they actually tried to give me less!!! The girl at the counter spoke very little English with a thick Jamaican accent. I have not used Hertz often in the past and I am sure I will not use them in the future.
