  • We made a grooming appointment for our dog Bella, who is typically very anxious. We were told it would be two hours, which we thought was kind of Long and it turned out to be 3 hours, even longer! Toward the end of Bella's appointment, we brought in our other dog and bathed him. The staff were very friendly when we were in the store. When Bella was all done, we took her and our other dog home. The groomer did a nice job, although there is now a bald patch on one of her legs that we didn't notice until we got home. Overall, it was fine but we may try and find an alternative groomer.
