  • Usually has whatever I need. Staff isn't easy to track down and it's always a gamble if they're helpful. 50% of the time they're really nice and awesome. The other half of the time they avoid you like the plague and when youre able to ask them for help, they pass you off or direct you to a different department. On a positive note, I've gotten my Xmas tree here the past two years and it's been great!
