I've always had mixed feelings about this place. On one hand, they don't try to haggle you too much with service. But on the other, the service department is always slammed. This makes sense because it's the biggest Toyota dealership in town, but it's such a miserable place to be.
My latest bummer came today. I called last week to set an appointment to have my exhaust pipe replaced because there was a recall. Got here, service guy, Mike, says "I really doubt we'll have it in stock but I'll check." I asked how long it takes to get in because I'm taking a cross country road trip in 2 weeks, to which he replied, "only a couple days." So why did he not just check to see if that part was in stock and order it a week ago? Who knows, but I'll probably have to waste another half a day here.
Making an appointment doesn't necessarily mean quicker service. My normal oil change usually takes between 2-3 hours. Why don't they have loaner cars?
I will say that I bought a brand new set of truck tires here (balanced and mounted) for $480. That was awesome.
