  • I talked to several people (loan officer, branch manager, two realitors, and friends) for referrals for a home inspector. I called all of them and Porterhouse by far stood out. I spoke directly with Don, who answered all of my questions with confidence and assurance! I really liked the fact that I was able to speak directly with Don and not someone in an office who couldn't answer half of my questions. I ended up backing out of the property I had inspected because everything was so thorough. They saved me thousands I would have had to spend had I bought that house. I'm in escrow for another home and will be calling Don to schedule that one as well. He gives you two reports, the first is very detailed and has pictures, the second is more of a quick reference guide with your action items in red at the top. Not only were they prompt, efficient, and professional, they showed up with two guys! Two sets of eyes are always better than one! Keep up the good work Don, and thank you!
