| - Like another reviewer stated, if I could give no stars, I would! Purchased a bran new 2016 Nissan Maxima SR Midnight through a private broker. The broker got the car from this dealer so when I noticed a scratch on some of the tint, I was told I had to bring it here for service.
Along with the tint, the material on the sun visor of the moon-roof was catching so I figured I'd kill 2 birds w/ one stone... 2 very minor details to fix, right? I pick up the car when it's "ready", and to my horror, the trunk, gas lid & spoiler had all been scratched up! I'm not talking about just regular run of the mill everyday scratches, in some areas, the paint was completely chipped off. It just kept getting worse...along the inside of the car where apparently they tried to "fix" the material on the sun visor there were dark, dirty hand & fingerprints! I couldn't believe what I was seeing (trying to post the pic's on here)! To think that Amy, my service tech didn't think I would notice is BEYOND CRAZY! There was no explanation on how it could've happened. Ryan, the service supervisor hinted to it maybe having been the company they contract for window tint. His response when he saw the damage: "holy shit"...ya think?!?!?
4 days later I pick up the car, and still not to my satisfaction. They did shampoo the inside, looks like they either re-painted the damage or buffed it out, however, after using a duster on the car once I got it home, they did a shitty job of buffing out the spoiler. Scratch marks still visible. And because they weren't able to completely flatten out the material on the sun visor, the entire visor is having to be replaced. Waiting to hear back from service as to when the part will be in - I'm scared to take it back!
