  • Burgatory is brilliant. Its burgers are cooked to perfection, but that is the outcome. At the start, one may order a standard burger from the menu, or create your own. That is what we all did. Using a checklist at the table, patrons may select the type of bun, meat, rub, cheese, sauce, condiments, toppings and add-ons. "Red, Pink, No Pink" are the cooking options. My burger came out exactly as I ordered. I've consumed many a burger over the decades, but this was undoubtedly one of the best. Burgatory has a call-ahead list. I recommend it. It was crowded on a Saturday evening, but we were seated promptly.
