rev:text	What a wonderful experience this place was! Once you walk in, you are kindly greeted by the host. The openness of the restaurant is absolutely amazing. The bar is to the left of the entrance and it's a great size. Good amount of seating and little tables around it as well. They opened the side on the restaurant next to the bar where you can feel the perfect spring breeze while enjoying appetizers and drinks. There is outside seating if you want to enjoy the outdoors. The salad bar was not too overwhelming. They had your salads, one type of soup, little bite size refreshing appetizers and some amazing chilies! We got the "sterling" which is $50.99 per person but you get all the meats on the menu. You can request some meats that you don't see coming out with your waiter and they'll make it for you in the back. Which I think is amazing! Fresh and ready for you in just a few minutes while the cutters come walking around giving you other choices of meats. They are super generous and all of the workers are so kind. We met one of the owners and she is great! Super sweet. My hubby's favorite meat was probably the beef short ribs and I think it was garlic steak. I love the shrimp, chicken hearts and the salmon. The best side was probably the fried bananas! The breading was perfectly done and it wasn't greasy at all. It's amazing! The bartender is awesome too. Ask Miguel to make their special Brazilian drink. Tip him well! He's awesome!! Tip your waiters well too. They do all work hard to make your experience the best. Cheers!
