  • In my pursuit to patronize local charlotte business and include my gluten free wife, we decided to visit the revolution ale house. Let me begin with the gluten free pizza because it's worth the mention. My wife said and I quote "I feel normal". That's a great compliment if you have been eating gluten free for any amount of time. My wife had a Hawaiian style pizza that she had built. I tasted it and the crust cracked as I bit into it. It was very good for GF. We definitely recommend. I had the El Chupacabra. It was an excellently crafted pizza. Unique ingredients and a lovely taste. The waiter that took care of us deserves a shout out. "Ben" was very knowledgeable in all areas. Excellent service. Revolution is a very cool spot, located in a very cool place. Stop by for one of their 44 beers on draft. Thursday's is $3 pints. Well worth the visit. Thanks !
