  • Dear Arnold, love the shoes hate, hate the service. Could you pretty please reconsider having your staff on a conmission because I feel like I am swimming in shark infested waters everytime I walk into one of your stores. South Center is by far the worst and the agressive ladies in there are scary. I spent the time to get through the fitting process only to have to walk out at the till because the "Ladies" were agressive and rude. My poor sales person was shoved out of the way of the till so that someone could get her customer through before me even though I was threre first. Not worth it! I am a devoted Churgin shopper but the pain of your staff is out weighing the gain.
