  • I went yesterday evening to watch a film and have a little dinner. At approximately 610 pm I ordered a beer and a salad and settled in to watch the movie. My beer arrived at 711! An hour later for a beer!!! I asked about my salad and the girl that served my beer said they had to have the order sent out ??? Whatever that means. My waitress arrived another 20 min later to give me my bill when I told her that my salad never arrived and my beer was served an hour later. She did remove the salad from my bill and offered a tub of popcorn! Really? Awful service but the movie was good. I won't be going back. There are far too many theatres in the phoenix area that offer far better service.
